A high-profile client — a local professional athlete — needed full WiFi coverage across an expansive estate: an 8,000 square foot main residence, a 2,500 square foot accessory dwelling unit, and a security gate located on the far side of the ADU.
Comcast had already attempted a solution. Their assessment: there was no way to cover the entire property with repeaters. They couldn’t get the signal to reach.

Rather than relying on consumer-grade repeaters, AO IT engineered a purpose-built wireless solution tailored to the property’s layout and scale. The result: full, reliable WiFi coverage throughout the main house, across the ADU, and all the way to the security gate. The client was thrilled.

A local business owner came to AO IT with a different kind of challenge: a 6,000 square foot home with an outdoor entertainment area, pool, ADU, and a barn — all of which needed reliable WiFi and security camera coverage.
This project required a layered, multi-technology approach to cover every zone of the property without dead spots:
- Enterprise-grade wireless access points installed throughout the main residence for fast, reliable indoor coverage
- Outdoor access points deployed to provide strong WiFi across the pool area and outdoor entertainment space
- Point-to-point wireless bridge engineered to carry the signal from the main property to the barn and ADU
- Internal access points installed inside the ADU to ensure complete coverage with no dead zones
- Ring security cameras installed and connected throughout the barn using the new wireless infrastructure
